Pancake recipes are flying around all over the internet this Shrove Tuesday. I’m not normally one to jump on that kind of bandwagon, but I recently had a rare griddlecake recipe come into my hands, and though, for me, its greatest value is sentimental, I thought it might be of interest to any serious collectors of pancake paraphernalia out there, too.
